How We Work

Our interview process

We've all been through interview processes that felt disorganized, dragged on forever, or left us wondering what was happening. We don't want to put anyone through that. Our process is designed to be clear, respectful of your time, and give both sides enough information to make a good decision. No surprise rounds, no all-day interviews, no trick questions. We tell you upfront what to expect and we stick to it.

Application

Send us your resume and a few sentences about why you're interested. We read every application and respond to everyone.

Initial conversation

A 30-minute call with someone on our team. We'll talk about your background, what you're looking for, and answer any questions you have about Insight.

Skills assessment

A practical exercise related to the role. We calibrate these to take a few hours, not a full day. We're looking at how you think and work, not whether you can perform under artificial pressure.

Team interviews

A couple of conversations with people you'd be working with. We want to make sure there's a good fit on both sides.

Offer

If everything goes well, we'll make you an offer. We move quickly and don't leave people hanging.

Throughout the process, we try to be as transparent as possible about where things stand. If we decide not to move forward, we'll tell you directly and give you honest feedback if you want it. And if you have questions at any point, just ask. We'd rather you have the information you need than wonder what's going on.
